"This robe is wonderful with its knit cuffs, length, and sturdy fabric. The one and only change I could wish for would be a zipper for quick entry, exit, and adjustment. Some reviewercomplaints about the snaps, plus the fact Orvis threw in some spares was unnerving. Like I said though - just ONE thing!"

"I have just taken delivery of this wonderful robe (or dressing gown as we call them in the UK) and I am absolutely delighted with it. With cold stone floors in my house, and slightly unpredictable heating, I rely on a really good dressing gown in the winter and this one fits the bill in every way. Thick, warm but light, it is just perfect, and without the look of being tied up in the middle like a sack!"

"I am so very disappointed with the snaps! I've only had the robe since Christmas and already 2 of the snaps have come off. It seems the male part of the snap is not wide enough to hold onto the material. When I tried to replace it with the 1 snap set sent with robe, the hole it went into was stretched. Plus I do not have the tool needed for setting snaps properly. It is really disappointing to spend what I consider a lot for robe that is defective because of the snaps. I only hope the one I bought for my mother for christmas fairs better than mine did or I will be double embarrassed about my purchase."

"I have ordered the same robe four times over the years so obviously I like it. The rose robe I ordered did have a problem. ALL of the snaps pulled through the fabric.
Over all I am pleased as that was the only problem I encountered among the robes. One was given as a gift."
